IT Operations Responsible (Commercial Apps)
Ataşehir, İstanbulWe are looking for a “IT Operations Responsible (Commercial Apps)” for our consultancy project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the sales and marketing domain,
- Proven experience in maintaining and optimizing mobile applications, websites, CRM and SFA solutions to improve customer engagement and streamline sales processes,
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SFA systems; proficiency in SQL and familiarity with RPA technologies is a strong advantage,
- Ability to manage third-party vendors, monitor SLAs, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure service quality,
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams and external partners to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
