Senior Software Developer
Maltepe, İstanbulWe are looking for a ”Senior Software Developer” for our client operating in the Employee Experience and Benefits sector.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,
- 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade applications using C# and .NET / .NET Core,
- Proven experience building and operating microservice-based and event-driven architectures in real-world environments,
- Strong background in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, scalable RESTful APIs,
- Hands-on experience with containerized applications using Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is considered a plus,
- Solid experience working with relational databases such as Oracle (PL/SQL) and PostgreSQL, along with NoSQL technologies including Redis, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch,
- Practical experience integrating and managing messaging systems such as RabbitMQ for asynchronous and distributed communication,
- Strong understanding and day-to-day application of SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, refactoring techniques, and common design patterns,
- Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release processes using Git and tools such as GitLab,
- Ability to operate effectively within Agile/SCRUM teams and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders,
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting performance, scalability, and reliability issues in high-traffic systems,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical decisions clearly.
