PMO & IT Governance Manager

Maltepe, İstanbul
We are looking for a ” PMO & IT Governance Manager” for our client operating in the Employee Experience and Benefits sector.
  • Bachelor degree preferably in related disciplines,
  • 15+ years related experience in IT Governance and Project Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role,
  • Know-how and experience in Agile,
  • Proficiency in English to feel comfortable in working in a multinational environment,
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, strategic thinking, customer focus and communication skills,
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders,
  • Ability to integrate emerging tech trends into governance strategies effectively,
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of program/project managers and business analysts,
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or relevant project management certificate.
