PMO & IT Governance Manager
Maltepe, İstanbulWe are looking for a ” PMO & IT Governance Manager” for our client operating in the Employee Experience and Benefits sector.
- Bachelor degree preferably in related disciplines,
- 15+ years related experience in IT Governance and Project Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role,
- Know-how and experience in Agile,
- Proficiency in English to feel comfortable in working in a multinational environment,
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, strategic thinking, customer focus and communication skills,
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders,
- Ability to integrate emerging tech trends into governance strategies effectively,
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of program/project managers and business analysts,
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or relevant project management certificate.
