We are looking for a “CC (Contact Center) Agents (B2B / B2C Offline)” for our consultancy project.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Particularly good knowledge of MS Office suite,
  • Positive attitude,
  • Customer oriented,
  • A good team player,
  • Must be trained in several tools (Central Lottery Gaming System, CRM, Instant Games ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System, Accounting and Reporting Systems (SAP NetWeaver, etc.), Management Portals, Courier ERP Tools, SŞ WEB Portal, Account Management System for Online Users) especially in the Back Office and Help Desk,
  • Should be highly motivated and have an appetite for continuous learning.
