Dıgıtal Channels Solutıons Manager
Çekmeköy, İstanbulWe are looking for a “Digital Channels Solutions Manager ” for our client.
- Bachelor’s degree from 4-year quantitative discipline (Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, etc.),
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in software industry is required,
- Good understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodology,
- Mastery in contract negotiations, service agreements, vendor management and budget management are expected,
- Excellent leadership skills are required. Previous experience in building and leading technology teams is highly valuable asset,
- Experience in managing digital projects, preferably delivered web & mobile applications, e-commerce, advertising and marketing automation solutions are required,
- Analyze customer needs , provide integrated IT solutions and create optimum IT architecture to provide best performance in agile methodology,
- Align organisational IT strategy with customer experience strategy,
- Develop and launch e-commerce solutions building UI/UX customer journeys, and commercial and business case analysis,
- Vendor ,budget and team management,
- Strong relationship with stakeholders and internal cross-functional collaboration,
- Have knowledge about ITIL management, process of gathering, analyzing, storing, and sharing knowledge that is created within an IT service desk.
